Most paving disappointments come from what you cannot see: a thin base, soft soil nobody dug out, water with nowhere to go, a mat that cooled before it was rolled. They hide under fresh black asphalt for a season or two and then show up as cracks, ruts and puddles.
So we start under the surface. A free site walk and a probe of the existing pavement first. A written, itemized estimate second. Then grading and drainage, a compacted stone base, hot-mix asphalt laid evenly and rolled while it is hot, and clean edges and striping to finish. And we stay reachable after, with repairs, sealcoating and honest answers.
